Since our inception in 1990, DLH Packaging Enterprise Co., Ltd has been a leading global supplier of plastic films and machinery in the printing and packaging industry in China. Together with our subsidiary, Xiamen Jovi Import and Export Co., Ltd, our corporation collaborates and sources our materials from overseas with the best packaging material producers from all over the world. Besides being in the manufacturing business, we are also a foreign capital investment company. Whilst much of our offshore assets are in the form of foreign exchange reserves and portfolio investment, a growing share comes from our outbound foreign direct investment (OFDI) in developed western countries.

Our specialties are in soft touch, anti-scratch, digital, linen, printable BOPP/PET metalised, printable BOPP/PET transparent and metalised holographic thermal lamination film, standard BOPP thermal film, high transparent PET film as well as other functional film products.
